**** CONDITION
* Excellent condition overall, most sheets in near mint to mint condition
* 5-hole punched near spine
* Folds and creases - Minor to none significant, across all pages. There are some small tears on the cover sheets only, near the spine area. These areas have been previously mended with cellophane tape satisfactorily.
* Markings - minor stain marks around spine area on cover sheets only
* All pages fully intact to the best of knowledge with reasonable effort of inspection.
* Stored in cool, low humidity environment away from heat, sunlight and smoke
* Carefully handled with clean hands and gentle page flipping / turning when possible
